IP & Trademark Notice

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This page is maintained by the owner of NurseEvidence AI to explain how our name, logo, and brand assets may and may not be used. It is not legal advice.

1. Ownership

The name NurseEvidence AI, the "N" mark, our wordmark, color palette, editorial visual system, product copy, system prompts, retrieval architecture, workflows, source code, and site design (collectively, the "Brand Assets") are the exclusive property of the owner of NurseEvidence AI. All rights reserved. Trademark rights in "NurseEvidence" and "NurseEvidence AI" are asserted under common law, with a U.S. federal trademark application intended.

2. What you may do

  • Refer to NurseEvidence AI by name in accurate, non-misleading editorial, academic, journalistic, or personal contexts (for example, "I use NurseEvidence AI at work").
  • Link to nurseevidence-ai.com without prior permission.
  • Share screenshots of your own use of the Service for personal or educational discussion, with the NurseEvidence AI name visible and unaltered.

3. What you may not do

  • Use "NurseEvidence," "NurseEvidence AI," or any confusingly similar name, domain, handle, or app title for a product, service, publication, course, or account.
  • Modify, recolor, redraw, animate, or incorporate the logo or wordmark into another logo, lockup, merchandise, or generative output.
  • Use the Brand Assets in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, employment, or affiliation that does not exist.
  • Use the Brand Assets alongside content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that gives medical, dosing, or diagnostic advice attributed to NurseEvidence AI.
  • Scrape, copy, mirror, republish, resell, or use the Service or its outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop a competing product or dataset.

4. Writing the name correctly

Write it as NurseEvidence AI — one word for "NurseEvidence," capital N and capital E, a single space before a capitalized "AI." Do not hyphenate ("Nurse-Evidence"), split ("Nurse Evidence"), abbreviate ("NEAI"), or lowercase in a way that changes the mark. On first mention in an article or post, use the full name; short-form references to "the app" or "the tool" are fine after that.

5. Logo use

The "N" mark and wordmark are provided only for use by NurseEvidence AI and its authorized partners. We do not currently distribute a public press kit. Do not recreate the logo, extract it from screenshots, or place it on merchandise, event materials, slide decks, or third-party marketing without prior written permission from the owner. Maintain clear space around the mark, do not rotate or distort it, and do not place it on backgrounds that reduce legibility or imply endorsement.

6. Third-party names

NurseEvidence AI references and links to publicly available clinical resources — including ACOG, AWHONN, CMQCC, ANA, AACN, ENA, ONS, AAP, NANN, SCCM, INS, NCSBN, NCC, The Joint Commission, ISMP, CDC, WHO, FDA, AHRQ, USPSTF, Cochrane, and PubMed. Those names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. NurseEvidence AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those organizations, and no such relationship should be inferred.

7. Reporting misuse

If you see the NurseEvidence AI name, logo, or content being used without permission — including copycat apps, cloned sites, lookalike social accounts, or unauthorized merchandise — please report it through the contact page. Include links, screenshots, and the date you observed the misuse. We take infringement seriously and will pursue takedowns and other remedies as appropriate.

8. Reservation of rights

No license to any Brand Asset is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted on this page are reserved by the owner of NurseEvidence AI. This notice may be updated at any time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
