This page is maintained by the owner of NurseEvidence AI. Please review carefully — using the service means you accept these terms.
1. What NurseEvidence AI is
NurseEvidence AI ("the Service") is a cited clinical decision-support tool built for licensed nurses. It provides answers drawn from published guidelines, evidence sources, and — where applicable — facility-provided policy. The Service is not a substitute for clinical judgment, licensed medical advice, or facility policy. Users remain professionally responsible for every decision made at the bedside.
2. Eligible use
You must be a licensed healthcare professional, student, or educator to use the Service. You agree to use it lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with your license, scope of practice, and facility policy.
3. Intellectual property
All content, branding, code, prompts, workflows, retrieval architecture, training data selections, and visual design of NurseEvidence AI are the exclusive property of the owner. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, resell, or use the Service or its outputs to train or develop a competing product without prior written permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the questions and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service. We do not sell your content.
5. No medical advice; no PHI
The Service is an educational and reference tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not enter protected health information (PHI), patient identifiers, or any other confidential patient data into the Service.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseEvidence AI and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any clinical outcome, loss of data, or lost profits arising out of use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice inside the Service.
